My creative compass is inextricably linked to the American Southwest. Living and working in Arizona means I am constantly surrounded by the raw light, locations and complicated cultural history that fuel my subject matter. My studio acts as a physical laboratory where everyday objects, fabricated relics and collected props collide. It is a tactile, hands-on space somewhere between a traditional photo studio and a sculptural workshop.
